CHILDREN’S ROOMS, CHELSEA

In this family home in Chelsea, we were asked to design a children's playroom and children’s bedroom with scope for them to grow.

This interior design in Chelsea was vibrant and playful, in keeping with the client's personal style within the brief. The safari themed playroom doubled as a guest bedroom for friends and family, so the bed was turned on its side to make a daybed that guests would find comfortable and welcoming. We hung a handmade canopy from the ceiling for the little ones to make a den or a safari tent during their imaginative play!

We chose fun wallpapers and fabrics to inspire little minds and added chalk paint to the cupboard doors for a playful feature. The client wanted a surfer theme in the eldest’s bedroom and we used wallpapers and tactile finishes to create this look. We left the space for a double bed in-between the joinery for scope to grow to ensure the style would be enjoyed for years to come.
